Hourly Range: $36.60 - $45.00 (based on education and experience)
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5000 (will be discussed further during interview)
Permanent Placement Fee: 18%
Admin fee 15% running through calendar year 2025

Occupational Therapist
This position is responsible for the provision of occupational therapy services for those patients primarily ages 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program who demonstrate delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play) neuromuscular sensory-intergrative cognitive or psychosocial abilities. Plans organizes and implements occupational therapy services for patients and families in the ICD program including comprehensive assessment development of treatment plan delivery and documentation of service education consultation and discharge/transition planning.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy REQUIRED
  • Minimum Experience
    • One year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred PREFERRED
  • Required Registration/License/Certification
    • Kansas Occupational Therapy License REQUIRED
    • Valid Kansas Driver s License DOCUMENT
    • Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • CPR
  • BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Kansas

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
