Job Summary
- Minimum 8 years of relevant hands on experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environment.
- Must have prior experience in creating and managing Active Directory Group Policies.
- Must have managed Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 Active Directory environment.
- Must have experience in managing multi domain Active Directory Forest.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands on experience in managing Azure Active Directory.
- Must have prior experience in managing and troubleshooting Azure AD Connect Sync.
- Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure Active Directory related issues.
- Must have knowledge of Active Directory Integrated DNS and have prior experience in managing and troubleshooting DNS related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
- Proven analytic skills and the ability to isolate and resolve complex issues.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the Active Directory run operations support.
- Prepare Weekly Monthly reports on the tickets and status.
- Work on escalated Active Directory issues.
- Provide L2 and L3 support on Active Directory and Azure Active Directory tickets.
- Active Directory integrated DNS management.
- Active Directory Group Policy management.
- Active Directory Service Principal Name (SPN) Create / Modify.
- Azure Active Directory Service Principal Name (SPN) Create / Modify.
- Active Directory security events analysis.
- Active Directory Domain Controller backup management.
- Active Directory monitoring.
- Active Directory Incident and Service Request management on Service Now.
- Active Directory Incident Change and Problem Management.
