Job Summary

Job Description:

Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements for occasions such as weddings engagements festivals and daily wear.
Provide expert guidance on gold diamond platinum and gemstone jewellery based on customer preferences budget and trends.
Explain product details including purity (Karat) certification making charges stone quality weight and pricing clearly and transparently.
Build customer confidence by educating them on jewellery care buy-back policies exchange schemes and brand guarantees.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling cross-selling and upselling techniques.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Handle billing invoicing and payment processes accurately using POS systems.
Ensure proper handling display and security of high-value jewellery items at all times.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.
Keep accurate inventory records and assist in stock audits tagging and reconciliation.
