What Youll Do:

Handle inbound phone calls internet leads and digital inquiries
Set and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team
Follow up with unsold no-show and prior customers
Log all customer activity accurately in the CRM
Communicate promotions incentives and vehicle availability
Provide a professional first impression for every customer
Support sales and management with lead follow-up initiatives

What Were Looking For:

Prior BDC internet sales call center or appointment-setting experience
Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM systems email texting and social platforms
