Overtime as needed: M-F 5:00am-3:30pm Sat 5:00am-11:00am

Role Overview:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling testing and troubleshooting products across all product lines. This role requires attention to detail mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow technical specifications to ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components of all product lines using the correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints to correctly identify and assemble components.
- Operate hand tools and equipment ensuring proper tolerance and settings.
- Maintain accurate labor records for all transactions.
- Apply manufacturing system principles to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including potential overtime.
