Job Title: Solution Architect Cloud Migration & Application Modernization

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Pre-Sales team working closely with the Sales organization to design and deliver innovative solutions for Cloud Migration and Application Modernization programs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise business acumen and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling technical proposals and solution architectures.
Lead technical discussions with customers demonstrating thought leadership in Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and modernization strategies.
Design end-to-end solutions for migrating workloads to the cloud and modernizing legacy applications using microservices containers and serverless architectures.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations demos and proof-of-concepts to articulate value propositions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing guidance on best practices cost optimization and security in cloud environments.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to ensure innovative and competitive solutions.
Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to deal closures through technical validation and solution assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Experience:
10 years in IT with at least 4 years in Cloud Architecture and Application Modernization.
Proven experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting roles.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of AWS Azure or GCP services.
Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) microservices and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with migration tools CI/CD pipelines and cloud security frameworks.
Soft Skills:
Excellent oratory presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong interpersonal and social skills to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Professional Cloud Architect
TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
