The business
AGCO Finance (or AF) is a global joint venture between AGCO Corporation () and DLL Group (). Successfully trading since 1990 the business operates throughout the world supporting AGCOs customers and distribution partners. The RCF Tester is responsible for managing the local risk control framework. This includes the analysis testing and driving of continuous improvement in respect of our local controls. You will lead the documentation of controls the timely execution testing activities management reporting and maintaining the completeness accuracy and timeliness of updates to the Archer system. The role also has responsibility monitoring of Segregation of Duty (SOD) activities and will have local accountability for Privacy obligations.

Ensure all RCF tasks are completed by the deadline
Maintain quality of control documentation and testing results
Monitor remediation on ineffective controls and reporting to the MT/LRC
Lead SOD and Electronic Audit Evidence (EAE) approach
Communication and Stakeholder Liaison
Data Privacy Coordination
Essential qualifications and experience
RCF testing results and speed of communication and effective resolution of control issues.
Completeness accuracy and timeliness of entries and access to the Archer system
Documentation and testing of control activities in line with group requirements and deadlines
Timely remediation of issues
Maintenance and communication of an annual calendar including key milestones and events
Number of SOD exceptions and timeliness and resolution of SOD conflicts recorded in the SOFY system
Built meaningful relationships with the Centre of Excellence team
Competences and skills
Demonstrable success in embedding robust control processes monitoring and testing
Analytical and quickly able to get to the root cause of an issue
Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
Ability to organize and plan all required activities and get things done
Strong personal drive and initiative
Experience working with both internal and external audit
Familiar with Segregation of Duties (SOD) philosophy and approach
An understanding of Data Privacy
Experience:
Experience of working in financial services or asset finance preferred
Degree-level educated in Business Finance Economics or related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in Finance Risk Audit Control or Compliance domain
Background within Internal Audit or a Regulatory Environment advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of Data Privacy would be beneficial
