THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for building the foundation toenableseamless omni experiencesacross our this role you will gain exposure to the development of new technology and work cross-functionally with our partners in Retail and eCommerce to bring omni experiences to life. The cross-functional nature of the role and focus on continuous improvement ensures youll have the opportunity to develop your business acumen and grow your business mindset. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As an Intern in Omni you will support with:
- Testing and deployment preparations on Omni Projects including RFID and Digital Self-Serve Capabilities
- Gathering market and competitor research on Omni services and capabilities
- Analyzing Omni business and operational performance indicators and developing standardized tools and reports
- Developing business cases to identify opportunities and make recommendations for future omni capabilities
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern Omni has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a preferred graduation date of April 2025 to April 2026
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Technology or Operations Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
- Skills and experience with Microsoft Excel Analysis and Business Case Development are an asset
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques Concierge or Distribution Centres is highly valued
