The Senior Project /Program Manager Lead provides project management experience to strategically prioritized complex cross-functional projects to drive critical initiatives in the organization to meet strategic goals.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be a lead strategic organizational initiatives with cross functional and highly matrixed teamsto deliver on organizational goals for growth. This role is a hybrid mix of a formal project manager who can manage tactical details & plan development while also assessing the people side of change to build details plans to support the transition. This position will pivot based on organizational need to support a variety of strategic initiatives based on the Executive Leadership priorities that include financial transformational and/or growth initiatives such as integrations for M&A. This role requires a strong leader who is highly collaborative has strong executive presence and a keen attention to detail will allow for engagement with a variety of levels of people in the organization that aids in alignment and driving the optimal outcomes for program success.

Overall project lead responsible for planning the programs projects and integration of a merger or acquisition and delivering on time and budget.

Job Duties:

  • Provide vision and direction to the project team; Own project sites/communications
  • Manage costs & budget reporting
  • Scheduling and delegation of work
  • Track & manage risks issues decisions actions
  • Identify engage & communicate to workstream leads/resources
  • Act as the quality control to keep everything in line with Executive Sponsor/Steering Committees and Integration Management Office expectations
  • Bring organization to projects to achieve goals; program/project readiness
  • Dedicated workstream PM support; single point of communication and accountability
  • Own integrated KPI reporting/Hypercare leadership summary
  • Lesson learned reviews and playbook adjustments for future integrations
  • Ensure successful completion and closure of projects
  • Develop project plans & timelines; participate in ongoing project planning activities to include schedule development resource allocation issue prioritization risk management communication planning
  • Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate timelines and deliverables. Clearly communicates any changes to situation or scope

Experience Requirements

  • 7 years project management
  • Business implementation/integration experience required
  • Change management certification preferred
  • PMP certification preferred

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 136000.00 - $160000.00
