Job Summary

Repairs Contract Officer

Role: Repairs Contract Officer

Salary:29091 - 36351 per annum (salary offered between this scale dependent on experience)

Hours:35 per week Monday to Friday

Contract:Fixed term for 6 months

Location:Our Crossways Business Park office Dartford (as we are co-located with our Repairs Contract Partner we will require you in the office full time)

Were currently looking for a Repairs Contract Officer to join our team!

As a Repairs Contract Officer you will assist in the monitoring of contractors performance ensuring terms of the contract are adhered to non-compliance issues are escalated and a culture of continuous improvement is adopted. Youll manage invoicing for areas of responsibility to ensure works orders are closed down correctly and invoiced whilst monitoring spend against the budget and identifying trends.
