What Youll Do as Service Manager
As the keeper of our values and leader of the shop youll:
- Lead & Motivate: Manage shop employees set goals and coach for success
- Drive Sales: Sell repairs and services to help meet shop targets
- Ensure Quality: Maintain workflow efficiency and enforce company standards
- Manage Operations: Oversee scheduling inventory vendor relations and P&L
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Hire & Train: Recruit onboard and develop top talent for your team
- Promote Safety: Conduct audits train staff and maintain a safe work environment
What Were Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience:
- 2 years automotive shop management
- 1 year in sales or proven ability to sell
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Knowledge of shop operations and workflow management
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems
- Ability to manage P&L and financial metrics
