About the role
As the Logistics Technician II you will play a key role in Computacenter Integration Center handling the flow of physical technology products through the warehouse and the integration center where products are assembled configured and tested to meet specific customer needs. You will work as directed handling products and updating associated information systems for the following business functions: receiving slotting inventory picking benching un-benching boxing and shipping.
What youll be doing
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Loading and unloading trucks receiving products daily cycle counting kitting picking packing shrink wrapping labeling palletizing products and physical inventory.
- Operating a forklift hand truck and other tools/machinery to move materials or items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated work areas.
- Recording and maintaining quantities of items; confirming available stock on hand moved or distributed via an ERP to ensure incoming and outgoing packages products and materials are free from quality defects.
- Placing specified Work Orders kits items packages and pallets in bays and racks in the warehouse and designated Pre-stage/Prep work areas.
- Unboxing re-boxing and assembling the designated items for a given project into larger boxes or pallets stretch-wrapping them and verifying that all of the designated items are included in the set.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed such as: sweeping dusting and breaking down boxes to organize the warehouse and designated areas for orderliness at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Understand and abide by all security polices company and operational policies.

What you have
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions including: a variety of standing sitting and walking throughout the day; significant stooping kneeling crouching and/or crawling; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; usage of pallet jacks; carrying pushing and/or pulling; frequent climbing including ladders and balancing; and significant fine finger dexterity.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as Pick List safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Able to work as directed and strong attention to detail to meet business goals.
- Able to follow directions and communicate clearly with other departments.
- Must have basic computer skills: MS Excel Word Knowledge of ERP WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
