Position: Technical Sales Executive
We are searching for a motivated results-orientedTechnical Sales Executiveto join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is ideal for a proven sales professional who excels at forging relationships understanding complex technical solutions and closing high-value deals.
While commercial printing experience is desired the primary requirement is an ability to learn the commercial printing industry. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling our advanced commercial printing services and solutions to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Business Development:Aggressively pursue and deliver sales opportunities and effectively manage a robust sales pipeline
Technical Solution Provider:Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle. Collaborate with our technical team to design and present tailored effective printing solutions (offset digital wide format finishing mailing etc.)
Sales Execution:Close sales orders and meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
Job Requirements:
Proven Sales Success:A minimum of 5 years of successful quantifiable B2B sales experience in a technical or solution-based sales environment
Hunter Mentality:Demonstrated ability to prospect cold call and independently generate new revenue streams
Technical Aptitude:The capacity and willingness to learn and articulate the value of complex commercial printing technologies workflows and production processes
Communication Excellence:Exceptional presentation negotiation and written communication skills
Self-Motivated:A highly driven autonomous professional who takes initiative and manages their time effectively
Results-Oriented:Driven to achieve high levels of sales performance and earning potential
Technology:Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required Qualifications:
A demonstrated successful track record of selling complex products by blending technical knowledge with sales skills to solve specific customer problems often involving consultative solution-oriented selling
Desired Qualifications:
Previous sales experience within the commercial printing graphic arts print management or related packaging industries
Compensation:
Base salary of $72000.
Total annual on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to be between$80000 - $120000(base and commission).Dependent on sales performance
