BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in New Castle Delaware. BAYADAs special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in the community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How Youll Make an Impact:

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience training is available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent
