- Influences application architecture and technical direction for product features and platform components.
- Contributes to long-term technical evolution by balancing immediate product needs with scalability performance and security considerations.
- Partners with Product and Design to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Advocates for engineering best practices that support reliable delivery and future growth.
- Anticipates technical risks and proactively recommends architectural or design improvements.
- Deliverswell-designed well-tested maintainable code that meets quality performance and security standards.
- Helps lead complex initiatives from idea through execution ensuringtimely high-quality releases.
- Participatesactively in sprint planning execution and delivery to ensure commitments are met.
- Usestest-driven development CI/CD and automation to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Supports production stability through thoughtful design testing and periodic on-call participation.
- Works closely with designers product managers and engineers to scope build and iterate on customer-facing experiences.
- Participates in and leads code reviews to raise quality standards and share knowledge across teams.
- Contributes to the design system and promotes consistent reusable UI and frontend patterns.
- Builds strong working relationships across engineering product and platform teams.
- Mentors andsupportspeers through technical guidance feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
- Communicates technical concepts tradeoffs and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintains transparent updates on progress risks and dependencies through work item notes and team forums.
- Encourages open constructive dialogue that supports alignment and high-quality outcomes.
- Documentsdesigns decisions and implementations to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Contributes to a culture of accountability learning and shared ownership.
- Strong background in enterprise software development preferably in FinTech payments or financial services
- Experience contributing to application architecture design decisions and scalable system development
- / .NET Core (C# MVCWebAPI) Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with SQL Server T-SQL and transactional data systems
- Front-end development experience using JavaScript HTML CSS and modern frameworks such as React
- Experience building and consuming public and internal APIs and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and distributed microservices-based architectures
- Experience with test-driven development CI/CD and agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Understanding of performance tuningcaching and production system optimization
- Knowledge of software security best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed accountable and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
- Strong communicationskills and a collaborative mindset
