Description

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards testing activities for the delivery and product management life cycle of the CDT project. The resource will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year test strategy
  • Lead and execute the development and implementation of an automated regression test suite for Phase 1 and Phase 2 refine the test suite with every iterative software update. This includes selection of software if required.
  • Lead team and participate in the execution of test cases and scripts to verify solution. Reconcile manage record and track system or functional defects break/fixes identified through requirements traceability across all types of testing. This encompasses both project work for Phase 2 and production support for Phase 1 of the CDT solution.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with Testing Lead project manager vendor business project resources and developers to ensure application quality and alignment with project timelines (e.g. notify and resolve team barriers respond to changes in direction demonstrate user centric solutioning mindset)

Assignment Deliverables

• Lead the design and implementation of a multi-year test strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of an automated regression test suite
• Identify risks and take proactive actions to mitigate issues impacting quality or timelines.
• Lead and mentor QA team members providing guidance support and performance feedback. Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and project managers to align QA efforts with project goals.
• Track and report on QA metrics test progress and quality indicators. Communicate risks issues and status updates to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
