Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who willbe responsible formaintainingand improving our existing B2B fitting software as well as supporting design projects across the organization.
YouwillcollaboratecloselywithourExperience DesignteamsinSwitzerlandand Canadato create intuitive user-centered design solutions.
More about the role
Maintain and enhance the user interface of our B2B fitting software by designing polished consistent user interfaces
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that bring complex workflows to life
Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation and UI specifications
Ensure pixel-perfect handoffs with clear specifications for development teams
Assistin user research activities including interview preparation usability testing and analyzing feedback
Collaborate with developers to ensureaccurateimplementation
Support other design projects as needed gaining exposure to different areas of the business

Universitydegree ininUX Design Interaction DesignGraphicDesign HCIorrelatedfield.
2-3yearsofprofessional UX/UI designexperience
Basicunderstandingofuser-centereddesignprinciples
PortfoliodemonstratingUI/UX designworkand designthinkingprocess
Good communicationskills (visual and verbal)
Willingnesstoaskquestionsandseekguidance
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Empathy for end users and their needs
Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with most of your team and stakeholders in different countries
Team player with a positive attitude
Creativecuriousand open-minded
Nice to have:
Experience withdesigningfor medical use.
