POSITION MISSION
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead our new EFC Design Studio by delivering high-impact projects creating visual identities for events publications and campaigns ensuring brand consistency across digital print and physical assets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creative leadership & project oversight
Lead the conceptualisation and execution of graphic design projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organisational objectives.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously maintaining high creative standards and timely delivery.
Provide creative direction feedback and line management support to the Graphic Designer.
Visual storytelling
Translate complex ideas events and messages into clear engaging visual narratives across channels.
Elevate the overall quality and consistency of visual communication throughout the organisation.
Brand stewardship
Develop maintain and enforce a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints including digital platforms social media email web print and physical environments.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
Asset creation
Design and oversee the production of a wide range of assets across digital print social and web channels including presentations templates publications signage and event materials.
Collaboration & stakeholder management
Work closely with marketing communications social media and events teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
Manage external freelancers and suppliers as required ensuring quality consistency and efficiency.
