Within the People and Culture division our Payroll Governance team play a critical role to proactively ensure that our employees are being paid correctly across all industrial agreements and awards.
This is your chance to make your mark. We are seeking a permanent full-time Payroll Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our established payroll governance function. Reporting into the Senior Manager Payroll Governance youll contribute to the Banks strategic objective to demonstrate compliance across pay-related systems and processes with Commonwealth State and Territory workplace laws including legislation and industrial instruments.
Youll contribute to ensuring our most valuable asset our people are paid correctly and that our payroll processes are robust compliant and efficient. You will be responsible for interpreting various employment agreements navigating the complexities of a large-scale payroll system and driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance. This role is based in Melbourne in our CBD office. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn stay connected and collaborate effectively especially for key activities like team days 1:1s and town halls.
