What Youll Do:
No two days are the same. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing property turnovers and responding to service calls
- Using your handyman skills to tackle general maintenance needs
- Conducting maintenance checks and identifying problem areas
- Painting and repairing apartment interiors
- Managing inventory and ordering parts as needed
- Inspecting and repairing plumbing appliances and safety-related issues
- Handling basic carpentry tasks including door trim and siding repairs
- Keeping common areas clean and free of debris
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests
