Join Swans as an Implementation Consultant where youll use your technical expertise to transform law firm operations. Youll deploy CRM automation data and AI solutions to solve complex process bottlenecks streamline operations and unlock significant revenue opportunities for clients. This hands-on role blends system design with strategic consulting to deliver meaningful impact across the legal sector.

The ideal candidate:

• 25 years experience deploying and configuring CRMs PM systems automation tools and/or AI applications.

• Strong client communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• A systems thinker and builder who enjoys designing refining and optimising operational workflows.
