About the Role

Northern Private Hospital is seeking an organised customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our Consulting Suites team.

This role plays a key part in supporting our doctors and patients ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits our consulting suites.

You will:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment bookings and patient records
• Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently
• Prepare medical documentation and reports
• Process payments billing and daily banking
• Provide general administrative support to doctors and the Administration Manager
• Youll be working in a friendly supportive environment where teamwork and patient care come first.

About You

• Be highly committed to providing excellent customer service outcomes for all patients visitors and doctors
• Experience in a Medical Reception environment
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Demonstrated proficiency in Patient Management/Practice Management systems
• Excellent friendly communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Remuneration: Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.
