If you are a Field Service Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career Emerson has an exciting Process Tuner Field Engineer opportunity for you with our Power and Water Solutions team! This role is based in our Houston TX but open to remote if you have previous process tuner and Ovation DCS experience and willing to travel 80%.
This key contributor will play a major role in managing resources associated with the development and generation of our service & field projects business. You will also provide matrix supervision to a large group of Field Engineer personnel in handling all aspects of these businesses in dealing with customers in the power industry.
You serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You set stretch goals and objectives pushing individuals or teams to perform at higher levels.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $82800 - $165000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
