Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Lichfield - up to 27k basic Commission

My client is a leading Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive and successful business covering the Lichfield and surrounding areas. Due to impressive and continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in Lichfield.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
Arranging and carrying out viewings
Arranging market appraisals
Providing feedback to vendors
Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
Carrying out sales progression
Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL
Well presented
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong IT skills
Full driving licence and car for which business mileage will be paid

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day off in the week.
