Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (SAP ABAP on HANA) will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design development implementation and maintenance of SAP ABAP solutions on HANA platform. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient functioning and optimization of SAP systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sap abap developers in the implementation and enhancement of sap solutions on hana platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design develop and customize sap programs reports interfaces conversions and enhancements using abap on hana.
• Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in sap development.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate sap systems with other applications and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest sap abap on hana advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance.

Skill Requirements
