POSITION INFORMATION
- Position summary:
  - Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
  - Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work or other related field.
- Required length and type of experience:
  - One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.
- Required licensure certification or registry:
  - Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Professional Counselor
