Project Title: Young Tembusu Programme Phase 2: Scaling a Research-Informed Model of Enrichment Programme for Holistic Youth Development
Project Introduction: The Young Tembusu Programme (YTP) Phase 2 is a research-informed enrichment initiative that scales a holistic youth development model for disadvantaged students from participating schools delivered through interdisciplinary sub-programmes conducted during the June and December school holidays. Building on the pilot phase the programme provides structured high-quality learning experiences during periods when youths may have limited access to enrichment with a focus on supporting students cognitive social and emotional development as well as dispositions such as agency resilience and creativity.

Responsibilities:
Liaise with stakeholders (E.g. participating schools/parents/teachers external partners and other researchers involved in the project)
Planning preparation and implementation of data collection
Data cleaning and coding
Synthesising of information from research findings
Preparation of presentation materials
Other tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator / Co-PIs
