Compensation: generally between $33.05-$41.45 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience
Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 7:30a-4:00p

In this role you will perform orienting embedding cutting and staining of frozen tissue specimens. You will freeze tissue samples cut frozen sections and mount samples on slides prepare correct reagents and solutions utilized in procedure and maintain quality control logs for slide review. To be successful in this role you need clinical experience a passion for team building and integration and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Minimum of six months of recent experience as a Histology Tech with previous frozen section experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mohs or Dermatology is strongly preferred.
Graduate of an accredited Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) program preferred.
HT (ASCP) or HLT (ASCP) certification preferred.
Previous experience with computer software is helpful.

Pay Range:
