At United Camps Conferences and Retreats (UCCR) our mission is: Creating partnerships to provide positive life-changing experiences. UCCR is hiring for a Site Director. This position requires an individual who has demonstrated administrative and maintenance skills. Responsible for the daily operation maintenance administration budget & visitor services for a site. This IS NOT a program position.
-Two years combined experience in camp and facility operations (buildings grounds and equipment);
-Two years combined education or experience in two of the following categories:
-Business or Government Agency Administration;
-Maintenance;
-Hospitality Industry
-Be at least 25 years of age;
-Two year experience in customer service;
-Hold valid California drivers license and good driving record;
-Willingness to live at and work in a camp (public) setting;
