About the Job

Twilio is looking for a curious action-oriented Analyst for the Deal Desk Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our APJ Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for the individual to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a Win-Win for both the customers and Twilio! You will be passionate dedicated and have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of pricing strategies that align with company financial goals ensuring deals meet required profitability revenue and governance standards.
• Perform in-depth pricing and financial analysis using spreadsheets to guide deal structuring margin considerations and commercial recommendations for strategic and complex opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs including: CPQ quote building pricing and order form approvals assistance OF creation Docusign execution and opportunity closure
• Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners as well as troubleshoot escalate and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end.
• Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members Commercial Legal Billing Operations GTM Finance and Sales.
• Help educate guide and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.
• Under supervision of manager or senior team member collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form) in compliance with corporate policies.

Required:

• A Bachelors or Associates Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management Sales Operations Sales Finance or Business Operations preferably in contracting procurement or billing operations. If no degree a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modelling and scenario analysis skills
• A diligent detail oriented skill set able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time while remaining extremely organized.
• Self-starter with a can do attitude who is comfortable asking questions
• High-integrity character that aligns with the Twilio Magic

Desired:

• Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce Tableau CLM and JIRA.
• Exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus

Location:

This role will be a remote position based in Singapore. Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
