Your Adventure Ahead
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to support the GM and other business units.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaboration with Business Functions:
- Work closely with the GM to understand business objectives and align data initiatives accordingly.
- Partner with different departments (e.g. marketing account management finance operations) to provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in setting measurable goals and tracking performance against targets.
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end BI projects from initial scoping and data collection to analysis reporting and implementation.
- Define project goals timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI projects meeting the needs of the business.
- Data Governance and Quality:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy consistency and security.
- Monitor data quality and address discrepancies or data-related issues promptly.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on using BI tools and interpreting data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and BI methodologies.
Essentials to Succeed
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in a fast-paced environment or digital industry
- Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL are a must Python is preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability for problem solving
- Highly adaptable self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English
