AtReliant ABA Therapy Cypress youll work in a structured clinic-based environment with consistent hours and strong BCBA support. Our Cypress clinic is ideal for RBTs who value routine teamwork and hands-on clinical guidance while making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

What Youll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
Support children in developing communication social and daily living skills
Collect and record data using electronic systems
Collaborate closely with supervisors and teammates
Complete documentation accurately and on time

What Were Looking For (Required)

Active RBT certification
High school diploma or GED
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Ability to maintain consistent attendance

Nice to Have

Experience with DTT PECS PRT or other ABA methodologies
Prior clinic-based ABA experience
Familiarity with electronic data collection tools

This role requires standing sitting kneeling walking running and lifting up to 35 pounds as well as responding quickly to client needs and using electronic devices for data collection.
