Job Summary
Role: Back End Developer
We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and be based in Chennai. The role involves backend development customization integrations and platform enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.
Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD and CSM
Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes Workflows and Flow Designer
Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
Troubleshoot issues conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Support testing deployment and post-production activities
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards and best practices
