Job Summary

Sr. Customer Support Associate

Salary: 20000 to 28000 per month

Location: Infopark Kochi

Experience: 2 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Mandatory)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Excellent fluency in English
2 to 3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voice process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone.
Understand customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their technical issues.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to service

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 5 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process
Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English

Required Skills:

/ MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Minimum 5 years in Accounting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP). Solid understanding of AP/AR and bank reconciliation processes.
