Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and articulate Communications Manager to develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation employee engagement and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage corporate messaging brand voice and communication guidelines
- Handle media relations press releases and public relations activities
- Oversee internal communications employee updates and leadership messaging
- Coordinate with marketing HR and leadership teams on communication initiatives
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts
- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
- 510 years of experience in communications PR or corporate communications roles
- Strong writing editing and storytelling abilities
- Experience in media relations stakeholder communication and brand messaging
- Excellent strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously
