About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead top-funnel media and performance campaigns across eCommerce platforms like Amazon Flipkart FirstCry and Quick Commerce.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand the intersection of digital media (Meta Google YouTube) and eCommerce performance marketing and can derive category-level insights from dashboards like Amazon Pi Vendor Central and Flipkart Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Performance Analysis
Deep dive into Amazon Pi Vendor Central Flipkart Dashboards FirstCry Reports etc.
Track campaign performance search trends category growth alternate purchases & repeat rates
Derive actionable insights at category subcategory and SKU level
Digital Ad Campaign Management
Plan execute & optimize campaigns across Meta YouTube Google Search/Display Programmatic
Analyze Search Ads Class 1 Ads Sponsored Ads PPA DSP etc. on eCom platforms
Identify gaps in media plans and recommend budget shifts or creative enhancements
Problem Solving & Campaign Tuning
Identify performance bottlenecks or under-leveraged opportunities
Recommend campaign changes or new initiatives to counter competition or drive growth
Own A/B testing keyword tuning and creative iterations
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Create weekly and monthly dashboards for internal review
Liaise with media agencies e-commerce partners brand teams and content/creative teams
Benchmark against competition and stay updated on platform trends & algorithm changes
