Job Summary

Handyman / AllRounder Wädenswil (ZH) LiveOut

A private family living in a large 1200 m² residence directly by the lake is looking for a reliable and handson AllRounder to support the daily running of their estate.

Main responsibilities:

Small repairs basic technical tasks assembling furniture

Outdoor upkeep (paths leaves snow)

Coordinating craftsmen & suppliers

Errands shopping occasional driving

Dog walking & care (23 per week)

Indoor pool checks (robot chlorine/salt levels)

Requirements

Excellent command of German and English both spoken and written
Liveout role with the candidate residing within a 1hour commute to Wädenswil
High degree of flexibility paired with a discreet reliable and trustworthy professional attitude
Strong technical confidence capable of operating and troubleshooting modern household systems devices and communication tools

Benefits

Salary Range: CHFgross per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Vacation: 5 weeks of paid holiday per year.
