We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with 10 years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
The consultant will provide payroll and time support with a focus on Australian payroll compliance including superannuation taxation and statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Configure and maintain payroll components including pay structures calendars superannuation setup employer contributions compliance rules in line with Australian legislation.
Manage Australian-specific payroll rules such as superannuation and overtime.
Handle integration between Employee Central and WFS ensuring accurate transfer of time data to payroll and support integrations with finance systems and third-party payroll providers.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation issues retroactive accounting posting errors and service requests.
Perform testing validation and reconciliation of payroll and time results including year-end payroll activities.
Collaborate with finance teams for General Ledger postings (FICO integration) and ensure accuracy.
Lead root cause analysis resolution of payroll-related incidents and recommend process improvements.
Monitor regulatory changes and proactively implement updates to maintain compliance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within payroll operations.
Client-focused with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.
Strong experience with payroll schemas PCRs and payroll-related configurations.
Required Skills Experience
10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll SuccessFactors ECP.
Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and its integration with WFS Time Management.
Proven expertise in Australian payroll processing taxation and superannuation.
Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) for payroll monitoring and Point-to-Point Experience in SAP ECP
Strong troubleshooting skills across time-to-payroll integration.
