What Youll Do
- Create a warm engaging classroom where children feel safe inspired and excited to learn
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to Infants Toddlers or Preschoolers
- Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with families sharing milestones and magical moments
- Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
- Be a joyful teammate bringing creativity care and connection to every interaction
- Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise
- A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1 year preferred)
- An Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A commitment to creating a safe inclusive and joyful learning environment
