What Youll Do
- Create a warm engaging classroom where children feel safe inspired and excited to learn
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to Preschoolers
- Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with families sharing milestones and magical moments
- Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
- Be a joyful teammate bringing creativity care and connection to every interaction
- Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise
- A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education
- An Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred not required)
- A commitment to creating a safe inclusive and joyful learning environment

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
