Job Summary
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford PA and another in Seguin TX. We proudly produce over 200 high-quality custom heavy equipment attachments all made in the USA! Our success is built on skilled craftsmanship teamwork and people who take pride in what they do.

Roles We Commonly Hire For
(1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)
- Welders
Weld and fabricate components while following blueprints safety standards and quality expectations. - Fitter Fabricators
Read drawings and fit components together in preparation for welding and final assembly. - Final Assembly Technicians
Assemble finished products and ensure all components meet specifications and quality standards. - Steel Yard Operators
Cut and form parts safely handle move and organize steel materials to support production operations. - Maintenance Technicians
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
