Architectural Technician / Technologist

Location: Birmingham

With an exciting range of upcoming projects my clients portfolio specialises in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors working with major clients.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information across multiple project stages.
Develop and coordinate technical design packages using Revit.
Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other consultants to support successful project delivery.
Attend site visits and assist with inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.
Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Qualifications required for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:
HNC/HND Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.
CIAT accreditation or working towards (desirable).
Minimum of 57 years experience within an architectural practice.
Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
Good technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
