Role: Lead End User Computing (EUC)
Location: Singapore
We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion multiple roles are open across key functions to help build maintain and enhance next-generation solutions. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale systems innovative technologies and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the EUC strategy to modernise end-user technologies and digital experience.
- Lead Google Workspace implementation migration and adoption programmes.
- Establish device collaboration and access governance frameworks.
- Develop and enforce EUC standards policies and procedures.
- Design a scalable EUC support model aligned with BTS and IS service frameworks.
- Govern SLAs KPIs and ensure high-quality support across vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee incident problem and service transition processes for EUC services.
- Enhance employee experience through onboarding optimisation device lifecycle management and digital workplace innovation.
- Drive integration of GWS with IAM Slack JAMF Intune and other workplace platforms.
- Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain compliance patching and endpoint resilience.
- Evaluate and introduce new collaboration tools supporting hybrid work.
- Manage EUC vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR Finance IS and business stakeholders to align EUC priorities
Requirements
- 1015 years in EUC or digital workplace management including leadership roles.
- Proven success managing enterprise collaboration and device management platforms.
- Strong history of designing support models and governing SLAs.
- Demonstrated experience improving employee digital experience and workplace productivity.
