810 years of overall application development experience with strong focus on Mendix platform development.
Advanced-level expertise in Mendix tools components and best practices.
Proven experience leading development efforts in enterprise or large-scale projects.
Strong hands-on experience in application troubleshooting performance optimization and quality assurance.
Solid understanding of application architecture and design principles within a low-code environment.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support developers at different proficiency levels.

You should possess the ability to:

Drive development activities while ensuring alignment with architectural vision and design standards.
Independently handle complex development challenges and guide teams toward solutions.
Maintain high standards of code quality reusability and maintainability.
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities.
