Job Summary

Mechanical Engineer job involves designing developing building and testing mechanical systems and devices from consumer products to industrial machinery applying principles of physics math and materials science to solve problems related to motion energy and force often using CAD software and overseeing projects from concept to production and maintenance. Key duties include problem analysis design creation (blueprints models) prototyping testing and supervising manufacturing to ensure functionality efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Create and improve mechanical systems components tools and machines (HVAC engines robotics etc.).

Analysis & Simulation: Analyze mechanical and thermal issues troubleshoot failures and use simulations (CAD FEA) to test designs.

Prototyping & Testing: Develop test and refine prototypes to meet performance standards.

Manufacturing Oversight: Oversee production to ensure designs are built correctly and efficiently.

Collaboration: Work with electrical engineers manufacturing and other teams to integrate systems.

Documentation: Create technical specifications drawings and reports.
