As the Pigment Practice Lead you will spearhead the growth of a dedicated EPM division. You will oversee complex implementation projects manage a high-performing team of consultants and act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients. This role combines technical leadership with business development to drive digital transformation through cutting-edge planning solutions.

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Pigment implementations for enterprise organizations.
Mentor and develop a team of technical consultants fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales cycles and drive practice growth.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience in EPM or CPM software implementation and a deep understanding of financial planning processes.
Proven track record of leading professional services teams and managing multiple large-scale client engagements.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into sophisticated technical models.
