Job Summary
Operate and monitor fabrication machines including bending machines pyramid rollers roll press drilling grinding shearing flange press and cold saw cutting machines.
Perform machine setup pre-start inspections and routine operational checks before and during production.
Read and interpret work orders drawings and job instructions to ensure accurate fabrication output.
Maintain safety quality and housekeeping standards in line with company and project requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 23 years of experience as a Machine Operator in shipyards heavy fabrication or offshore structure fabrication.
Hands-on experience operating fabrication machinery such as rollers presses cutting drilling and grinding machines.
Good understanding of workplace safety quality procedures and equipment handling practices.
Ability to follow job instructions perform basic machine troubleshooting and work independently or as part of a team.
