Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Redwood Functional Consultant withimplementation and application support experience. The positions primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Redwood in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions on implementing and configuring Core HR ORC talent and compensation management with end to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules requirement gathering configuring testing UAT and production deployments.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- 6 years of experience insupport projects as a Functional resource.
- Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder.
- Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR ORC Talent and compensation management.
- End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules requirement gathering configuring testing UAT and production deployment.
- Experience with security AutoComplete Rules approval workflow and working knowledge on HDL extracts and reports.
- Experience with solution design POC and troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams.
- Experience managing team size of 10 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
