Operational Ex Lead

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Process Improvement youll architect and implement site-wide lean manufacturing systems that deliver linkage flow and flawless executionmeeting customer demand at the lowest cost with perfect quality.

• Lean Cell Development: Provide high-level input into the design and implementation of lean manufacturing cells across both sites.
• Advanced Lean Mastery: Apply expert-level knowledge in JIT takt flow pull systems standard work jidoka DMAIC A3 TPM heijunka kanban kaizen pacemaker pitch replenishment systems SWIP supermarkets and more.
• Mixed-Model Cell Design: Engineer high-efficiency cells using SWCS % load balancing and cell standard work.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coach teams across departments to improve business processes and manage daily performance using visual controls.
• Gemba & Kaizen Excellence: Mentor through Gemba walks and lead standard work; facilitate kaizen events to eliminate waste and solve critical production challenges.
• Problem-Solving Culture: Train employees to identify abnormal conditions and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
• Travel Requirement: Up to 40% between Woburn MA and Whippany NJ.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in a business or technical field and a minimum of 8 years of experience to include at least 5 years of Lean leadership.
• Or a masters degree in business or technical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience to include 3 years of Lean leadership.
• Or a high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience to include 5 years of Lean leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 11 years of experience including 8 years of Lean leadership.
• Or masters degree and a minimum of 8 years with 5 years of Lean leadership.
  Lean master lean practitioner or Master Black Belt Certification.
• Automotive or electronics industry manufacturing experience.
  Toyota Production System (TPS) familiarity.
• Computer skills: high-level of spreadsheet utilization skills; using Microsoft office suite; ability to utilize and create reports using Power BI.

The annual base salary range for this position is $118000 - $148000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
