Lead Mitigation Technician
$28 per hour overtime bonuses
Paid training Career growth Full benefits
No restoration experience required. If you have construction trades military or outdoor labor experience we will train you.
Year-round full-time work not seasonal.

What Youll Do
Lead water fire and mold mitigation projects
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Remove damaged drywall flooring and materials
Tarp roofs and board up structures after storms or fires
Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
Communicate with customers during the restoration process
Help train and mentor technicians on the team
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Construction mitigation or restoration experience preferred
Leadership ability is a big plus
Valid drivers license with clean record
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work
Willingness to respond to emergency calls when needed
Certifications (Huge Plus)
IICRC WRT Water Restoration Technician
IICRC ASD Applied Structural Drying
IICRC AMRT Applied Microbial Remediation
IICRC FSRT Fire & Smoke Restoration
