Looking for a flexible people-focused role on campusHarvard Recreation managed by HealthFitness is hiring as-needed (# of hours depends on demand) Front Desk Attendant on campus in Cambridge MA. Be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps create a positive engaging environmenton your schedule.

Availability: Shifts vary 7 days /week with potential for morning afternoon and/or evening coverage.

Greet check-in and assist customers. Provides program information services membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.

Compensation:$13/Hour - $15/ is dependent on experience and qualifications.
